Manufactured Stone Veneer

Seaside Cream Manufactured Stone

Cream-colored walls warm a space without making it feel yellow, and that is the job Seaside Cream does well. This concrete manufactured stone has a natural finish and is sold as random-size flats only; corner pieces are not listed for this color.

That makes it a strong candidate for flat feature walls, wainscots that run between inside corners, a backsplash behind a range, or a fireplace face that ends against drywall or trim. Where a wall turns an outside corner, talk with your installer about how to finish the edge. Like other manufactured stone, it weighs less than full natural stone. A cream or ivory mortar keeps Seaside Cream soft and cohesive. It pairs nicely with whitewashed or natural oak, aged brass, linen and warm white cabinetry. Since only flats are listed, plan it for walls that end at inside corners, trim, cabinetry or another material. If your design has exposed outside corners, compare colors in the collection that offer matching corners.

    Questions

    About Seaside Cream Manufactured Stone

Does Seaside Cream come with corners?

No corners are listed for Seaside Cream; it is offered as random-size flats. It works best on walls that stop at inside corners, cabinetry, trim or another material. Ask your installer how they would finish any exposed outside edge.

Is it a good kitchen backsplash option?

A textured manufactured stone can make an interesting backsplash. Stone texture is harder to wipe down than smooth tile, so think about placement near the cooktop, and ask your installer about sealing and the installation method for that area.

How does it compare with Powder White?

Seaside Cream is a warmer cream tone and is listed as flats only. Powder White is a bright white offered with both flats and corners. Choose based on the warmth of your other finishes and whether you need outside corners.
