Porcelain Brick
Whitewash Porcelain Brick
Painted brick brightens a room while keeping texture on the wall. This porcelain gets there without any paint: a clean white, matte tile with a brick face, ready to set like any other tile and free of the peeling or touch-ups that painted masonry can need over time.
Choose the 2-1/3" x 10" for the proportions of a standard brick, or the 2" x 18" for a longer, more architectural line. Both work on kitchen backsplashes, laundry rooms, bedroom feature walls and fireplace surrounds, and the supplier lists a DCOF above 0.42 for the porcelain brick line. If you want a warmer white, compare Linen Ivory Porcelain Brick, or see every color in our brick collection.

Clean white brick suits Scandinavian, modern farmhouse and coastal rooms. White grout gives a near-seamless painted look; light gray grout outlines each brick and adds depth. Pair it with white oak, matte black fixtures, brass or a honed marble counter. Use 2" x 18" behind a range or vanity for a modern line, and 2-1/3" x 10" on fireplaces where a traditional brick scale feels right.

About Whitewash Porcelain Brick
How is Whitewash different from Linen Ivory?
Whitewash is a clean white, while Linen Ivory is a soft, warm white. Whitewash suits cool palettes with gray, black and blue; Linen Ivory sits better beside cream cabinetry, warm woods and brass. Both come in 2-1/3" x 10" and 2" x 18".
Will a white brick backsplash be hard to keep clean?
The surface is porcelain, which is generally easy to wipe down. Grout is usually the part that shows wear, so ask your installer about grout type and whether sealing it makes sense behind a cooktop or sink.
Can I use Whitewash Porcelain Brick on a fireplace surround?
Porcelain brick is commonly used on fireplace surrounds. Clearances and setting materials near a firebox depend on the unit and local code, so confirm the installation with your installer and follow the fireplace manufacturer's instructions.
