Desert Sand Travertine Pavers

Desert Sand is a warm beige travertine with medium variation, tumbled for softened edges and a gently weathered surface. It is the kind of neutral that works with stucco, cedar and red-rock landscaping without competing with any of them.

Formats run 8x16, 16x16, 12x24, 16x24 and 24x24, along with a mini pattern kit and a full pattern kit, all 3 cm thick. Lighter stone like this generally reflects more sun than dark pavers, which makes beige travertine a practical option for sunny pool decks. Finish the edge with Desert Sand Travertine coping, offered in bullnose and eased profiles.

    Does Desert Sand come with matching pool coping?

    Yes. Desert Sand Travertine coping is offered in 12x24 and 16x24, in 3 cm and 2 in thicknesses, with honed or brushed finishes and full bullnose or eased edges depending on the piece. It is the same named stone as the pavers.

    Is this a good choice for a pool in St. George?

    Light, warm stone generally stays more comfortable underfoot in strong sun than dark stone, so Desert Sand is a reasonable fit for desert pool decks. Confirm the setting bed, drainage and sealing approach with your installer before ordering.

    What is the difference between the mini pattern kit and the pattern kit?

    Both combine several sizes into a random, multi-size layout. As the name suggests, the mini kit works at a smaller scale, which suits paths, small patios and courtyards. Ask us for the exact pieces included in each kit when you request a quote.
